Shipment delivery is done by our partner courier services.

The total time for which the shipment will be sent (delivered) to you is 2-5 working days from the moment of registration of your purchase order. artfoodshop.com tries to deliver all shipments ahead of time, but in certain cases there may be a delay, of which you will be notified in a timely manner.

Couriers deliver the shipment to the delivery address in the period from 8 am to 4 pm. Please ensure that there is a person at the address who can pick up the shipment during that period. When picking up the shipment, it is necessary to visually inspect the package so that there is no visible damage. If you notice that the product may be damaged, refuse to accept the shipment and notify us immediately.

If the shipment is seemingly undamaged, feel free to pick up the shipment and sign the courier’s address book.

The courier tries to deliver each shipment twice. It is common practice that if the courier does not find you at the address, he will call you on the phone you left when creating the purchase order and arrange a new delivery date. If he still can’t find you at the address, the shipment will be returned to us. Upon receipt of the shipment, we will contact you to establish the reason for non-delivery and arrange for resending.

Note: Free delivery to the territories of Serbia is valid for purchases larger than 3.000 dinars.
